Junior Business Manager

About the role

Empa‑T is looking for a motivated Junior Business Manager to help expand its consulting business. You will work closely with clients and consultants, identifying new opportunities in the IT and technology market while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the technology sector.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions and services.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to match professionals to opportunities.
• Support consultants throughout the project lifecycle and participate in client meetings, negotiations, and proposal preparation.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to the growth of Empa‑T’s client portfolio.
• Assist in positioning and promoting the Empa‑T brand.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales or a related field.
• Strong interest in the IT and technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Dynamic, ambitious, results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
