Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to help our customers unlock the full potential of MeetGeek, an AI‑powered meeting assistant. You will work directly with new and existing clients, guiding them from onboarding through activation and ensuring they derive measurable value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and grow accounts, guiding customers from kickoff to daily workflow integration and impact measurement.
• Set up agents, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with engineering on edge cases.
• Manage billing via Stripe, process upgrades or cancellations, and keep clients informed about their account status.
• Create and maintain self‑service resources such as help‑center articles and feature guides.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during client interactions and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing SaaS role (support, onboarding, or account management).
• Based in the Porto/Braga area and able to work remotely.
• Hands‑on experience building automation flows with tools like Zapier, Make, N8N, Claude or API triggers.
• Consultative and empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to help teams streamline their work.
• Comfortable using Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
