IT Support & Operations Specialist

About the role

Join the EnBW Tech Hub in Lisbon as an IT Support & Operations Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, ensuring their technology works smoothly so they can focus on delivering innovative energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for end‑users, handling incidents and service requests from initial contact to resolution or escalation.
• Set up, configure and maintain Windows and macOS devices, mobile phones, and peripheral equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions and mailbox management.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes to guarantee immediate productivity for new hires.
• Develop and continuously improve local support processes, incident management and escalation paths.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, documentation and a knowledge base.
• Coordinate with Central IT teams and external providers as the local interface for operational requests and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to take ownership of issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an agile, international team.
