HR Systems Consultant – NASP

About the role

The HR Systems Consultant (NASP) will be the primary point of contact for national HR applications, ensuring stable operation and continuous availability across Portugal. You will bridge local HR teams with global IT services, supporting incident resolution, change management, and system reporting while contributing to automation and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for national HR applications, guaranteeing system stability and availability.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR IT incidents, coordinating with global and local teams for timely resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities, track defects and follow‑up on resolutions.
• Initiate, assess and communicate change requests, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Serve as the interface between country organisations and global HR IT teams, fostering clear collaboration.
• Provide functional support to Payroll and Time Management teams as a trusted technical contact.
• Prepare documentation, training materials and user communications for system and process changes.
• Support or lead national HR IT rollout and improvement projects, including automation initiatives and S/4HANA implementation.
• Perform basic reporting activities and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HR IT systems and a solid understanding of payroll and time‑management processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both local and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on incident and change management.
• Experience in project environments, especially related to system rollouts or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
