HR Services Administrative Internship – Work Abroad Support

About the role

Join Bosch's global HR team in Lisbon as an HR Services Administrative Intern. You will support the "Work Abroad" program, helping employees and managers navigate international remote‑working requests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the initial evaluation of remote‑work requests against country‑specific eligibility criteria.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries about international remote‑work policies and procedures.
• Maintain and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Work Abroad service.
• Archive and organize documentation for each request to ensure audit‑trail completeness.
• Support continuous process‑improvement initiatives and help refine internal procedures.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in global mobility.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
