People Services Associate – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented People Services Associate who is fluent in Spanish to join our HR Operations team in Lisbon. You will support the accuracy and compliance of employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, and help ensure smooth HR administration for Spain‑based staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate employee personal data changes within HR systems.
• Collect, verify, and process all required documentation accurately.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain timely and accurate employee records related to lifecycle events, car fleet, and time management.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as contracts, amendments, certifications, and letters.
• Assist in updating process manuals and operational documentation.
• Support reporting activities and perform necessary calculations.
• Conduct data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and work with senior team members to resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a motivated, proactive attitude.
• Interest in starting a career in Human Resources and developing expertise in HR data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and senior team members.
