About the role
Accenture is looking for an HR Partner Analyst to join its Corporate Functions team in Lisbon. You will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization, supporting the full HR lifecycle and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Support leadership on people‑related matters and performance‑achievement processes.
- Ensure data quality and prepare ad‑hoc HR reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, and liaise with the Labour Law team.
- Coach employees on flexible work arrangements, leaves of absence, transitions and development programs.
- Escalate issues and risks promptly and propose process improvements.
- Serve as the go‑to person for leadership‑HR questions.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
Required profile
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong organizational, negotiation and conflict‑management abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential situations and work confidently under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
