HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and act as a strategic partner to the organization. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance overall people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
• Drive efficient execution of core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Support leadership teams in critical people decisions, including organizational structure, performance, development, and retention.
• Monitor HR metrics and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Ensure strong collaboration with Centers of Expertise (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.).
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives as needed.
• Provide expert advice on labor legislation, employment compliance, employee relations, and people‑related risks.
• Oversee payroll operations to guarantee accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with compensation policies.

Required profile

• Solid experience in HR Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.
• Exposure to fast‑paced, client‑driven environments; consulting background is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear results orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, solutions‑oriented, and direct approach with high autonomy.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment compliance.
• Experience managing or overseeing payroll operations.
