HR Learning Support Specialist - GBS

About the role

The Shared Services Learning Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of learning support services across multiple business units. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate learning sessions, and act as a point of contact for learning‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect learning needs from various departments and assist in developing learning plans.
• Manage the learning catalogue, adding new courses and keeping information up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate learning sessions, handling scheduling, logistics and participant communication.
• Administer learning platforms (e.g., Workday), provide user support, and maintain enrollment records.
• Generate basic reports on learning activities and help analyse data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within learning & development or shared services.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German) are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with learning management systems (Workday knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in standard administrative software (e.g., MS Office, data entry tools).
• Basic analytical skills for compiling and presenting data.
