About the role
As an HR Generalist Trainee at Körber, you will support the Human Resources team in administrative and operational activities, gaining hands‑on experience in people administration and payroll support within an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support administrative management of employees, including contracts, admissions, terminations, data updates, vacation and absence tracking.
- Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital employee records.
- Assist in preparing documentation for payroll processing, including variable data and attendance records.
- Use HR management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) on a daily basis.
- Contribute to compliance with legal and administrative HR obligations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR administration such as contracts, vacations, absences, and employee documentation.
- Comfortable using digital tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Clear communicator and effective team player.
- Proactive, structured and motivated to learn.
