Key responsibilities

• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly.
• Plan and oversee periodic deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
• Respond to VIP and special guest requests, ensuring exceptional service.
