Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to design, build and maintain responsive web applications and cloud services for our clients in Portugal. You will work closely with architects, DevSecOps and monitoring specialists to deliver high‑quality software aligned with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive web applications, APIs and serverless Lambda functions.
• Develop high‑quality software following technical specifications and client requirements.
• Perform code reviews, provide improvement suggestions and ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Write and review technical specifications, design documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with architects to define development and operations architecture, set up DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with the DevSecOps lead to create development and quality guidelines.
• Partner with monitoring and system operators to configure Ops platforms (SecOps, FinOps, PerfOps).
• Drive client DevOps capability assessments, define transformation road‑maps and contribute to enterprise DevOps practice.
• Support environment maintenance, troubleshoot deployment issues and identify optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background as a Full‑Stack developer.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern front‑end frameworks (React or Angular).
• Proficiency in Node.js and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.
• Experience with micro‑services architecture and agile development (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tooling.
• Motivated, self‑organised and able to work in a team.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 CEFR) and residence in Portugal.
