About the role

Sun West Mortgage Company is seeking a customer‑focused representative to assist homeowners throughout their mortgage journey. The role requires quick learning, multitasking, and clear communication of mortgage information.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely information.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about questions, requests, and mortgage details.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally, working toward appropriate resolutions.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure issues are resolved.
• Prioritize multiple requests, especially time‑sensitive matters.
• Maintain high standards of internal and external customer service.
• Adhere to established procedures and maintain attention to detail when handling customer data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of customer service or related experience.
• Bilingual with fluent English (Spanish optional).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, helpful approach with strong listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard PC applications and basic troubleshooting.
