Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide fast, efficient, and accurate support to internal and external customers in San Juan. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and contribute to the company’s growth through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, faxes, and WhatsApp for Business messages, entering orders accurately into the system.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls, order processing, and compliance cases.
• Identify new business opportunities within established segments.
• Advise customers on product availability, alternatives, and technical/commercial aspects.
• Support internal Sales, Warehouse, and Distribution teams as needed.
• Generate and verify standing order invoices while maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepare reports, attend meetings, and participate in training or corporate events.
• Channel complaints, returns, and similar issues to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and values in every interaction.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, order entry, or related areas.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable using multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly goals.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Readiness to attend occasional meetings, trainings, and events.
• Commitment to high‑quality service and confidentiality.
