Customer Service Agent (Online, E‑Commerce)

About the role

Miista is seeking an Online Customer Service Agent to join its Porto‑based team on a seasonal basis. You will support the e‑commerce department by delivering premium shopping experiences to global clients through multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide global customer support via email, phone and social media.
• Drive conversions through suggestive selling and product knowledge sharing.
• Manage online returns, exchanges and e‑commerce administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent service levels.
• Resolve enquiries throughout the e‑commerce conversion funnel and report updates in weekly meetings.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of retail and e‑commerce customer service experience.
• Previous physical retail work with a premium fashion brand.
• Experience handling high‑profile or VIP clients.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
• Interest in fashion trends and aesthetics.
