Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Porto. The role involves handling inbound calls for a global travel and tourism brand, providing assistance with bookings, vehicle availability, and reservation changes while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in French and English.
• Assist customers with booking requests, vehicle availability checks, and reservation modifications.
• Explain policies, insurance options, and additional services to ensure smooth journeys.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote value‑added services to drive revenue.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive experience across all touchpoints.
• Accurately record interactions, transactions, and case resolutions in the system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
• Proven sales ability with a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and problem‑solving skills.
