About the role

Olala! is looking for a dynamic Cook to join the Almina restaurant team. You will bring each dish to life, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen delights guests and contributes to a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to the Head Chef’s directions.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in managing inventory, restocking items, and ensuring supplies are available.

Required profile

Previous experience as a Cook in a high‑volume setting.
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety procedures.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
