Community Marketing Coordinator (Mall of San Juan)

About the role

The Community Marketing Coordinator works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events like trade shows, festivals, and conferences. Acting as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure, you will engage face‑to‑face with prospective customers, share information about the vacation club experience, and invite guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales‑preview tours.
• Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing materials, industry trends, and performance goals.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred (1‑3 years) but not required.
• Ability to maintain production standards and meet performance goals.
• Willingness to work onsite with no travel outside the home site area.

Required skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• General computer skills and familiarity with smart devices.
