In-House Marketing Coordinator (Rio Mar Resort)

About the role

The In-House Marketing Coordinator will work on‑site at the Rio Mar resort, engaging prospective and current owners to schedule and present sales‑preview tours. You will act as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, helping turn vacation inspiration into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to maintain production standards and meet performance goals.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a team environment within a shared space.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• General computer skills and familiarity with smart devices.
