Marketing and Value & Access Associate (12 Month Contract)

About the role

Biogen is hiring a Marketing and Value & Access Associate for a 12-month contract in Lisbon. The role supports marketing and Value & Access (V&A) strategies across the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) portfolio, with a focus on Tysabri SC, and on rare diseases initiatives for healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses and hospital pharmacists. It works closely with cross-functional teams, the field force and Key Opinion Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic marketing initiatives through market analysis, customer insights, segmentation, positioning and identification of business opportunities.
• Help develop and run campaigns, promotional materials, educational programs, congress activities and national projects.
• Work with the field force to provide operational support and solutions for customer and business needs.
• Support omnichannel engagement, including digital content, virtual educational events, email campaigns and field-force materials.
• Contribute to Value & Access initiatives by supporting value dossiers, access materials and projects for current and future therapies.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing and V&A activities, including budget tracking and management.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business or another relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, product management or a related commercial function.
• Experience in Neurology, CNS or Rare Diseases is preferred but not required.
• A strong understanding of internal processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
