About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our growing support team. You will assist international clients using chat, email and phone, helping them navigate our digital platforms and resolve service‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support via chat, email and phone in French.
• Assist users with platform navigation, account questions and general service inquiries.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑service assistance across digital products and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Communicate solutions and updates clearly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service efficiency.
• Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with a good command of English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic technical platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented and team‑focused mindset.
