Customer Service Representative – Danish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a native Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Porto. The role is fully remote and involves supporting travel‑related enquiries, handling bookings and promoting relevant products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with travel‑related inquiries.
• Sell, cross‑sell and upsell products tailored to customer needs.
• Provide post‑booking support and manage booking changes.
• Assist travel agents with reservations and ensure smooth booking processes.
• Deliver accurate information on destinations, vessels, documentation, pricing and related topics.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Capacity to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems or travel management tools (advantageous).
