About the role
Euronext Lisbon is seeking a Business Operations Officer to provide executive, administrative and development support to the CEO and Board. Based in Lisbon, you will act as the main liaison between the CEO’s office and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and effective governance of the market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements and confidential correspondence.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO and Board.
- Prepare research, background materials and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Support local promotional events and strategic initiatives with briefing materials and reports.
- Handle procurement, expense reporting and general office administration.
- Prioritise conflicting demands and ensure timely follow‑up on commitments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum three years of professional experience, preferably in the finance sector.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (French a plus).
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and adapt to competing demands.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for internal communications.
