About the role
As a Business Development Representative focused on the Portugal market, you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – for Amenitiz’s hospitality management SaaS platform. You will work directly with independent hoteliers across Europe, helping them adopt technology that simplifies their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a high‑volume outbound pipeline through calls, emails and chat.
- Qualify prospects, understand their current systems and pain points, and position Amenitiz as a tailored solution.
- Deliver structured product demos that link features to real business challenges.
- Handle objections, create urgency and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Keep HubSpot CRM up‑to‑date, forecast accurately and ensure no follow‑up is missed.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to share market feedback and improve the sales process.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in a sales role such as SDR, AE or full‑cycle sales.
- Native speaker of French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese with strong written and verbal English.
- Proven ability to switch between prospecting and closing activities within the same week.
- Self‑driven ownership of pipeline and results, with a structured approach to forecasting.
- Resilient and consistent performance in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
