Inside Sales Specialist – Nordic Market

About the role

TeamViewer is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive new business and expand existing relationships within the Nordic market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, promoting the full TeamViewer product portfolio and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, email and chat.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the entire product platform.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Retention and other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with up‑selling and cross‑selling in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn within an international team.
