Launch Manager France

About the role

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a dynamic Launch Manager to lead the transformation of its French store network from a distributor model to a franchise model. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from candidate generation to contract negotiation, ensuring a successful rollout across France.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the franchise network strategy for France, overseeing the conversion of 30 existing stores.
• Define and drive a lead‑generation strategy to attract qualified franchise candidates.
• Manage internal teams and external partners—including prospective franchisees, distributors, legal, and real‑estate advisors—throughout the conversion process.
• Build deep market knowledge of local dynamics, competition, and expansion potential.
• Create a comprehensive strategic plan covering legal, financial, operational, and marketing aspects of franchise expansion.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, fostering long‑term partner relationships.
• Lead by example, demonstrating high performance and strong leadership within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or franchise/network development.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, self‑reliant, and able to drive projects to timely completion.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
