Electromechanic Technician

About the role

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking an Electromechanic Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the hotel. The role involves preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and supporting guest‑related service requests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and record preventive maintenance for all equipment, including HVAC, pumps, motors, electrical panels, kitchen and laundry appliances.
• Diagnose and repair motors, starters, breakers, chillers and related building systems.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and emergency situations such as fires or power failures.
• Maintain clean and organized engineering workstations, grease traps and plumbing areas.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors while adhering to Four Seasons work rules.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in electromechanical maintenance.
• Technical training or certification in electromechanics, maintenance or a related EU‑recognized field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints and specifications.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Motor, starter, breaker and chiller repair.
• HVAC system upkeep.
• Pump, kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls.
• Reading mechanical/electrical schematics.
