Test Lead – French Speaker (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is seeking a Test Lead who is fluent in French to join its business investment banking and financial services project based in Porto. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on delivering high‑quality manual testing for innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, execute, and document comprehensive manual test cases.
• Apply exploratory, risk‑based, and usability testing techniques to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Manage defects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide test status reports and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiar with SDLC practices.
