Support Specialist – Webfactory (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Support Specialist to join our Website Support team. In this first‑line position you will manage website updates, respond to user requests and help resolve incidents while acting as the communication link between users, stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for website operations and incident management.
• Process website updates, user requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as the bridge between end‑users, business stakeholders and development teams.
• Align user needs with technical priorities and monitor support performance.
• Promote best practices in accessibility, security and GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Adaptable, team‑oriented and strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Incident management tools – EasyVista (preferred).
• Web analytics – Matomo (preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Understanding of GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.
• ITIL concepts (preferred).
