Supply Chain Application Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Application Support Analyst to join Inetum’s team supporting Auchan’s logistics platforms. The role combines technical troubleshooting with functional analysis to ensure smooth operation of supply‑chain applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document all logistical information flows across the supported applications.
• Analyse and correct data inconsistencies in application databases.
• Assist the technical team in implementing corrective measures and enhancements.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration and acceptance test plans for new or modified solutions.
• Perform technical‑functional analysis of business requirements, produce specifications and adapt existing applications accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Informatics or a related field.
• At least three years of experience handling large volumes of data in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in software projects, maintenance or support within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or Transport.
• Experience redesigning and continuously improving related business processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous IT process improvement.
• Willingness to work onsite at Auchan’s head office in Paço d’Arcos (or Azambuja).
