Supply Chain Analyst – Operations & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is seeking a high‑caliber Supply Chain Analyst to become the operational backbone of its fast‑growing biotech ingredient business. You will own end‑to‑end logistics, inventory control and partner management, driving efficiency and scalability in a dynamic, startup‑style environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for Contract Manufacturing partners, ensuring production flow and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate international inbound logistics, managing cross‑border movement, regulatory compliance and cost‑effective execution.
• Own material flow accuracy within the ERP system, monitoring every step of the supply chain.
• Maintain analytical control over inventory, perform periodic reconciliations and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Generate data‑driven reports using SQL/Python to highlight stock availability and operational bottlenecks.
• Identify bottlenecks and design automated workflows (AI, automation tools) to create SOPs and reduce manual effort.
• Oversee partner warehouse operations and manage logistics for trade shows and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, international logistics or operations, preferably in a hands‑on role.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset comfortable in an owner‑led, fast‑paced culture.
• Degree in International Relations, Management, Engineering or related field; Master’s or specialization in MIS is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
• Expertise in Excel, including VBA.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities using SQL.
• Programming skills in Python.
