Strategic Projects Coordinator

About the role

Delnext is looking for a Strategic Projects Coordinator to join its fast‑growing transport technology team in Sintra, Portugal. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the planning, execution and delivery of high‑impact strategic initiatives that shape the company’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and resolve critical cross‑departmental issues.
• Lead the full project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Collaborate with department heads and C‑suite executives to align projects with strategic goals.
• Produce data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources efficiently.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning process.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consultancy or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically, analyse complex problems and deliver solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and autonomous work style.
