Senior Tax Consultant – Tax & Transactions

About the role

Bravemind is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to strengthen its tax advisory team in Lisbon. The role focuses on transaction‑related tax matters, cross‑border structures and corporate tax issues for multinational clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in tax due‑diligence assignments for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Analyse tax impacts of M&A, restructuring and investment/divestment structures.
• Review and interpret tax aspects of transactional documentation and financial models.
• Prepare technical memoranda and supporting documentation on complex tax topics.
• Contribute to cross‑border and international tax projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Management, Law, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in tax advisory, international tax, transaction tax or corporate tax.
• Experience with M&A, tax due‑diligence or corporate restructuring projects.
• Exposure to international or cross‑border assignments (strong advantage).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
