Tax and Income Account Manager

About the role

The Tax and Income Account Manager ensures the timely and accurate handling of client tax documentation and related queries within BNP Paribas' global and local custody activities. You will act as a key point of contact for tax and income requests, supporting both operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes, phone calls and follow‑up of tax and income requests.
• Extract relevant information from internal systems and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare and update procedures related to tax and income activities, ensuring management validation.
• Perform first‑level control of documentation and draw up client presentations when required.
• Provide clients with information on investment markets and related procedures.
• Prepare and send regular reports to clients, performing necessary controls and reconciliations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Up to 2 years of experience in banking, financial operations or client management.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Strong teamwork, client focus, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good oral and written communication, adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems.
