About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Services Customer Success team in Portugal. The role focuses on building and scaling tools, processes, and insights that empower regional customer‑success teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain go‑to‑market readiness frameworks and playbooks for Customer Success teams across the region.
- Collaborate with Network Services, Product, Value Enablement, and Marketing to create common operating models.
- Support onboarding, strategic guidance, and long‑term relationship building for Mastercard’s service customers.
- Gather customer feedback, drive product improvement initiatives, and enable value‑based selling.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives.
Required profile
- Passionate about crafting value propositions that enable customer‑facing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital payments services and customer success best practices.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive operational excellence.
- Senior‑level experience in customer success, operations, or enablement within a B2B environment.
