About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its Services team covering the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality enterprise opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers and supporting the growth of Mastercard’s digital‑payments solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute multichannel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and handle inbound leads as needed.
- Engage senior enterprise decision‑makers across European markets and schedule qualified sales meetings.
- Source BANT‑aligned opportunities and meet quarterly pipeline targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned divisions and buying centers while supporting broader team priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Specialist teams to align messaging and regional focus.
- Share best practices and learnings within the BDR team.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Mastercard Services solutions, client challenges and market trends.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), preferably targeting enterprise customers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and help shape processes in a fast‑changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language (e.g., Turkish, Arabic, French) is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo or Lusha.
- Confident in initiating and managing outbound prospecting across multiple channels with a digital‑first approach.
- Proactive self‑starter with ownership of pipeline creation and follow‑through.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
