Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery of high‑impact technology solutions, and drive profitability while working fully remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, while coaching and managing team performance.
• Maintain a communicative work environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and optimize project profitability.
• Prepare financial forecasts, track expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and deliver added value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
