Sales and Retention Representative – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Consultants to join a retention team for a leading European telecommunications provider. The position is fully remote from Portugal and focuses on inbound conversations with customers who are considering cancelling their service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Identify the reasons for churn and propose suitable alternatives to retain the customer.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers when appropriate.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services that add genuine value.
• Achieve quality, performance, and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Customer‑service or call‑center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable using basic computer tools.
