Senior Supervisor, Customer Support Quality

About the role

Taskrabbit is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Customer Support Quality to lead and continuously improve its global CS Quality program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage a distributed team of Quality Associates across the US and EU, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5-10 CS Quality Associates across multiple regions.
• Define, maintain and evolve the QA framework to support scalable, high-quality service.
• Translate quality insights into actionable process and policy improvements.
• Collaborate with BPO partners and internal stakeholders to align standards and drive performance.
• Forecast evaluation volumes, partner with Workforce Management and ensure cost-efficient productivity.
• Act as the bridge between Quality, Performance and Customer Service leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people management and leading quality or QA teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn metrics into operational actions.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
