About the role

Savills is building a high‑impact residential sales operation in Lisbon and seeks a Residential Sales Manager to lead, grow and elevate a top‑tier team. This is a growth project, not a replacement role, offering the chance to shape strategy, build a team from the ground up and capture market share in the premium residential segment.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high‑performing residential sales team, setting standards, pace and ambition.
  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for residential sales in Lisbon, aligned with market opportunities and Savills’ global positioning.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
  • Set, track and exceed KPIs with a strong focus on performance, accountability and results.
  • Support and lead complex negotiations with high‑value clients and strategic mandates.
  • Create a culture of excellence, discipline and commercial hunger.
  • Collaborate with marketing, research and operational teams to maximise impact.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends and competitive gaps and act quickly.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams, preferably in residential real estate.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Natural leader and motivator capable of building trust, discipline and high performance.
  • Sharp commercial mindset with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and client management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience and ambition.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus).
