Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join JokerCab’s team in Lisbon. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract talent that shares our commitment to safety, profitability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Manage the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth entry for new hires.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and support workforce planning.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Strong interviewing, screening and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in the TVDE, transportation or related sectors is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent in English.
