Quality Analyst – Sales (French)

About the role

The Quality Analyst will support Revolut's Sales team by ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with Account Executives and their managers to deliver exceptional experiences for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the quality and compliance of sales interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Review and score communications against established criteria.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales agents based on quality scores.
• Collaborate with Sales trainers to develop best‑practice guides and facilitate regular training sessions.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a quality assurance or similar role.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong diligence, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
