QA Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a QA Analyst who is fluent in French to join the BPCE Solutions Informatiques (BPCE‑SI) team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of software solutions supporting the Group’s corporate and investment banking activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Estimate testing effort and identify associated risks.
• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Review and analyse test results, report and follow‑up bugs.
• Prepare test status and issue reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources and activities.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Strong communication, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Service‑mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2 level) and able to submit CV in English.

Required skills

• Experience with JIRA‑XRAY or Octane for test management.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
