Production & Quality Control Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Production & Quality Control Technician to oversee the full lifecycle of footwear production, from industrialisation to manufacturing. You will work closely with product development teams and both Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to ensure our high quality standards are maintained and production runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor factories throughout industrialisation processes, including bulk quantities, material inspection, quality assurance and control.
• Support factory technical teams during the industrialisation of all styles and ensure technical approvals are communicated.
• Approve full‑size range tooling, inspect and approve main materials upon arrival at factory warehouses.
• Track production quality across cutting, stitching, assembling and packing stages.
• Provide daily follow‑up with factories, report real‑time risks, and manage QC checks using AQL standards and Qarma.
• Analyse production data, suggest process improvements, and follow up on production claims.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar footwear industry role, preferably for a brand.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive, solution‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
