Legal Back‑Office Advisor (French‑speaking)

About the role

As a Legal Back‑Office Advisor you will support an airline client by ensuring that passenger rights are respected and that legal claims are processed efficiently. You will work on‑site in Lisbon, collaborating with internal teams and external legal actors to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that transport operators respect passenger rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Analyse each customer’s situation and guide them through the legal claim process.
• Coordinate with lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to assess claim validity.
• Maintain accurate records of claim handling and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism/travel is a plus.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
