Learning & Talent Management Team Leader

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a Learning & Talent Management Team Leader to join its Human Resources department. The role oversees the Learning and Talent Management team, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives and delivering effective people development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Learning and Talent Management objectives.
• Coordinate team activities, planning and executing training programs, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Provide operational expertise in Learning & Development and Talent Management to improve solutions and best practices.
• Develop and implement robust frameworks, procedures, and tools for people development and employee experience.
• Deliver regular qualitative and quantitative updates to management through periodic reports.
• Represent L&D and Talent Management in internal and external meetings, building relationships with HR Business Partners, business unit leaders, employees, and external providers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing actions to enhance efficiency and quality of learning processes.
• Foster team cohesion, monitor performance, and provide coaching and on‑the‑job training.
• Manage HR‑related administrative tasks for the team, including vacation planning and absence tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
• Strong ability to coordinate team activities and drive initiatives.
• Analytical skills to produce qualitative and quantitative performance reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with HR partners and business leaders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best‑practice development.
