IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our dynamic Shared Services Center. The role involves providing end‑to‑end technical support, ensuring the stability and security of our IT infrastructure, and helping employees adopt new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks and printers.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance.
• Respond to employee IT support requests, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver training and support for new technologies and systems.
• Maintain security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Create and keep accurate technical documentation of support activities.
• Manage projects related to infrastructure and end‑user devices.
• Coordinate an external IT support team, set daily priorities, provide second‑level support and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical degree in a computer‑related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT support processes, tools and network/system security.
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Relevant certifications in IT support, network security or Microsoft Intune are a plus.
