Investment Analyst Intern – Private Equity & VC

About the role

This internship offers direct exposure to investment analysis and deal‑making across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and alternative investments. You will work alongside seasoned professionals on a full investment cycle, from origination to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of potential investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
• Support the creation of investment presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and other marketing materials.
• Perform strategic and financial analysis on target sectors and companies.
• Build valuation models, including DCF, comparable market analysis, and trading multiples.
• Develop and maintain databases of standard presentation materials.
• Manage deal‑flow processes from origination through exit.

Required profile

• Academic background in Finance, Management, or Economics.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and demonstrated business acumen.
• High‑level fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
