About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Porto. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will shape the talent acquisition strategy, ensure high‑quality hiring processes and support new‑hire onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and make hiring decisions.
• Manage the onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Maintain service‑quality standards throughout the hiring cycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to forecast talent needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hiring and recruiting processes.
• Strong communication skills for candidate interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience in training and developing new hires.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
