Graduate Sales Executive (Spanish Market)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing Sales team and focus on the Spanish market. You will receive an intensive bootcamp to develop commercial and communication skills before working directly with real clients.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a robust lead‑sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage.
• Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing and upselling while activating internal resources.
• Use solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• University graduate (class of 2024, 2025 or 2026).
• Excellent phone communication and articulation skills.
• Impeccable literacy and written communication abilities.
